Robert Habjanic

VP of Sales, Africa and Middle East—ACASS

Robert Habjanic, ACASS Vice President of Sales for Africa and the Middle East, has over 36 years of business aviation experience spanning a broad range of organizations, specializations, and regions of the world.

He launched his career in 1980 with Canadair in Montreal as a pre-flight engineer on the Challenger 600 series of aircraft, working on multiple variations through to the Challenger 604. He also worked on the CL-215 Canadair Water-Bomber, which included work in experimental, product improvement and initial CL415 prototype programs.

In 1989, Mr. Habjanic assumed the position of International Field Service Representative for Bombardier Business Aircraft based in London, supporting operators in the UK, Africa, Middle East, and the German Luftwaffe fleet of multi-role Challengers. In 1994, he established the Bombardier Regional Support office in Dubai, UAE.

Mr. Habjanic served as Sales Director for Bombardier Business Aircraft from 1997 until 2014, covering Turkey and Africa and responsible for Learjet, Challenger, and Global series of aircraft sales. In this capacity, he distinguished himself by developing and setting record sales in South Africa, Nigeria, Turkey, Angola, Rwanda, and elsewhere.

Since joining ACASS in 2014, he has strengthened and expanded the company’s strong presence and reputation throughout Africa and the Middle East—building on its solid regional reputation for superlative aircraft sales, acquisitions and consultation, aircraft management, and flight crew staffing.
